"Spirit guides are pure energy vibrating in a compatible
way with your own. In the incarnation process the linear energy can become out of sync making it difficult for smooth
communication. Most would prefer the dialogue to be conversational but in desperation would settle for a word.
Too become more aligned, the linear soul (you) should attempt separating from the daily chitter chatter that accumulates in
one's mind. This can be achieved in many ways and we suggest that the standard process of meditation may not be appropriate
for all.
Seek calmness in a way suitable for your own energy. One can spend much
linear time participating in a meditation process that is not aligned with them.
It is also
important to understand that outside of the time line energy does not participate in verbal language or events. The
vibration resonates more predominantly non-linearly. So there is probability that communication will be more energetic
at times manifesting as a feeling or inclination.
This is not to say that verbal communication
does not exist. It is stated to remind you that linear is not the only path and to not be disappointed if words are
not readily available.
The same holds true for names and labels. Energies often have
participated in many experiences thus referring to themselves as "us" rather than "I". Outside of the linear the multiplicity
of participation makes a single name or label irrelevant.
We realize though the importance
of such labels to those participating in a "life". The guide may indulge and take a familiar name they have incarnated
as. Or they may simply agree to a label that has meaning for you.
It's not the name
that is so important as the energy flow of the relationship."

Dear VERONICA,
I believe souls choose what family they come into for growth opportunities and challenges.
Does this also apply to children who are adopted. Did they intend to come into the family knowing they will eventually end
up with another family? I have three adopted children after miscarriages failed my own pregnancies.

Children will find
the appropriate energies to experience growth. Connection is spiritual + energetic, the physical body merely a vehicle
to align correctly.
Your three children came in fully intending to be with you...the physical
mother an instrument of love to get to the intended destination, most of which was pre-planned.

Thank You for Your Teachings. I look forward to each one.
I have believed for a long time that
we,our souls have many "lives" but have always pondered the following questioned. Would you please clarify.
1:
Do we come back to live each life on this Earth or do we live in different "places"?
There are experiences available not only in a linear way but multi-dimensionally as well.
2:
In different eras, like could I come back in say the Roman era after living in this era?
Yes reincarnation is not time line dictated in order.
3: Do we connect with the same people/souls
in each life,e.g. my daughter could be my father in another life? People we are very connected to in this life, do we
connect again in each life?
There are overlaps of energies in each linear.
In some cases the same groupings reincarnate "time after time" or perhaps skip a few for contemplation.
4:
If one decides to end this life before the soul is finished experiencing everything it wants/needs to,will one relive the
same life over?
You will always return to finish the lesson. Early endings
(suicide) are not a free pass out of the current lesson. The soul will return to define the life.
