There are many energies needing yours to navigate through their dramas. At the end of the day most of you feel
depleted of the life force that ignites your own evolution. Your energy in a depleted state may cause mishap in the daily
course.
We suggest a moment of contemplation whereas the personal energy of your own soul & physical
can be recharged. The responsibility of others becomes over whelming when there's nothing left internally to be given.
It is not selfish to nurture the self. In fact it is the greatest giving to others because
you actually have something to give. The exhaustion of such action may lead to depression and anxiety, leaving those
who truly need your guidance void of any support.
Be kind to your self. Allow personal moments of comfort that lead to powerful replenishing. If
you wish to love + nurture others your only recourse is to nurture the self."

Dear VERONICA,
I am really starting to freak out. I started meditating a week ago. First of all I had reiki
and it just keep flowing from there. In one week I have had two absolute strangers that have either suggested or bought
crystals for me whilst saying that I hold high spiritual powers. One lady asked if I was a clairvoyant the other lady
told me that my creative ability would soon be seen. I can't stop thinking about all of this. Can you please help
with clarity and guidance? Please.

The opening to the eternal self is very personal in nature. You have
created visual linear moments to tell yourself it's time to do.
Instead of freaking out, the moments would be better spent looking inward.
There is nothing fearful about connecting to your true self. The abilities are natural, own them + move forward.
There are those who will benefit from your personal reunion.

I have some complicated series of questions on the nature of reality. Later questions depend on answers to the
former. The first is to simply confirm, from your knowing, as to whether there really are alternate realities of each of our
lives. Are there new realities created for each decision we face. Is there a threshold to make that split. Obviously, with
billions of people making decisions everyday, there would be an infinite number of realities that exist. So is this would
pose a very complicated scenario of transition into the next life when taking all those realities into consideration.

You are attempting analysis from linear perspective. Outside of this reality
the basis for reality isn't confined by a time line, thus the basis to hypothesize alternate realities becomes distorted.

As I understand it, our soul leaves our physical body every night while we sleep to remember itself, to experience
it's true essence, and re-enters the physical prior to our awakening. Is this the same as astral travel? Can you
please elaborate on this?

Yes, it is very similar, however, the experience is somewhat unconscious in most individuals. This has to do with the
experience and intent of the soul participating.

I have had the same boyfriend for 4 years and who
i love very much. He has always told me he loves me more than i know and at times he's shown it.
Then there's these other times when it seems like
he really doesn't, because i feel at times there is no way he could let these things happen or do what he does if he really
loved me the way he claims to. I really don't know if he really knows how faithful i am to him or how much i really do love
him. I just want him to understand and know these things, but no matter what or how i prove them to him he still seems to
forget or over look them. I don't know in my heart that he loves me at all or not. Help? please what do i do to save this
relationship?
