Dear VERONICA,
If one wants to stop the cycle of re-incarnation then is it in one's own hands not to
come back or are you forced to come back no matter what or if you have to come back can you request not to come back. My guru
has mentioned that if you practice meditation daily then you will have a choice whether to come back or not , you could get
absorbed into universal consciousness of you are truthful in your spiritual practice.
Please advice from your perspective.
Thanks.

Dear Deepak,
Reincarnation is an opportunity to evolve. There is
always choice involved.
Meditation is a great tool to enable the consciousness to
focus, however, it is all about the lessons your eternal entity wishes to experience.
For you the choice is always available. If you
have satisfaction on an eternal level you most likely will abdicate further incarnations.
The end result will always include completion of the lessons
you have chosen for yourself.

An Introduction to Ish and his "Reflections of a Spiritual Astronaut
{!name}, you may have
noticed that in the upper right hand header to "Inner Whispers", April Crawford is referred to as an "OPEN" deep
trance channel.
What this means quite simply is that unlike most of the other few deep trance channels,
April can and does allow many different nonphysical beings to come through and express themselves, not just one or two main
entities. (And by "come through" I mean in a deep trance full body mode where April totally gets out of the way.)
Although VERONICA is the entity that almost all of April's telephone clients consult
with, in-person clients and me often talk with other entities and other nonphysical beings that are not entities like VERONICA.
Examples of other types of nonphysical beings are individuals who are in-between physical lives But there are also other
types of nonphysical consciousnesses "out there".
One such nonphysical being that we have visited with over the years is Ish.
Ish first made himself known to us about six years after April realized that she was a natural deep trance channel.
One day while having lunch at a local Thai restaurant, April told me that a new being
wanted to talk with us and that he had a series of spiritual stories that he wanted to share with us.
Unlike most of the other nonphysical beings and entities that we had interacted with
at the time, this one (we later found out his name is "Ish") only wanted to come through via the computer keyboard, something
we had not done before (most of the beings that came through at that time spoke or wrote in longhand or or they hand printed
their conversations and messages out using a pen and paper.)
Note that Ish told me personally some amazing things that knocked my socks off in
terms of "validation". I will share that story with you perhaps later.
Back to the story, when we first sat down to see what this new being had to say, we
had no idea what, if anything would happen.
Slowly at first, then very fast, he typed one letter at a time up on the screen.
At first it just looked like a bunch of letters all strung together that did not seem
to make any sense. No spaces, no punctuation. Just letters.
But then upon a closer look, I realized that there were not only words but complete
sentences on the page that made sense.
After some arguing with Ish about the need for him to use "those little marks
and spaces (punctuation), he finally agreed and started typing in a way that I could read right away. It was still one
letter at a time but it became fascinating... even riveting... to see first the words and then the sentences unfold one
at a time, never knowing what would be said or when it would be done.
As it turns out, Ish likes to write in rhyming verse. He also had an interesting
style where the verse makes almost no sense as you read it, but then just as you read the last word, it all makes instant
and total sense.
Some of Ish's poems (for lack of a better word) are very light, while others tackle
difficult subjects such as being abused as a daughter or suicide or even Nazi WWII criminals to the Northridge earthquake...
all from a spiritually aware perspective.
He has also written stories and a complete A-Z spiritual dictionary of sorts full
of insights and humor.
So, you may ask, "What does "Ish have to do with April Crawford's books "Reflections
of a Spiritual Astronaut" and Reflections of a Spiritual Astronaut: Book II.
Simply put, the very first poem that Ish gave us was named "Reflections of a Spiritual
Astronaut" and we initially labeled all his poems as part of that collection. But along the way, we liked the name so
much that we used it for two books of quotes from the entities that we published but only as a gift for close friends.
Here is the first poem that Ish gave us. It was later published in the December
1994 issue of Omni Magazine as part of the Star Trek Cover Story of that issue. (Omni changed the title of the poem to "dreams
of a child, games of the man" so that it would fit in with the story).
when i was a boy, very little
yes i was
i counted all the stars, from the middle
yes i did
the sky was my universe, me the master
yes i was
my craft was a chariot, only faster
yes it was
my goals were so simple, and so clear
yes they were
i could fly to the sun with no fear
yes i did

yes i did
i explored the all of earth, and myself
yes i did
all of earth was an easy project

There is much more to the story of Ish and that will be shared with you over time.
However, the good news is that after an absence of about four years, last week he
contacted us and invited himself back (provided we gave him his own column in "Inner Whispers"!).
He has already written some new things for "Inner Whispers" and we hope to
have some deep trance sessions with him about once every other week or so. There is also his friend "Osco" (who also
wants his own column by the way), but that is still another part of the story of Ish.
April tells me that now that we are holding regular sessions for "Inner Whispers",
many others are "lining up" to speak and to write. That often happens when we take on a new project.
Stay tuned for more adventures in consciousness via the lens of an Open Deep Trance
Channel.
